The system consists of 2 belt conveyors, with a belt width of 1400 mm, a conveying capacity of 1500 t/h, and a belt speed of 2.5 m/s.
Inside the coal storage shed, four large underground hoppers receive material fed by front-end loaders. The long belt conveyor transfers the coal to an elevated train-loading conveyor positioned at a height of 12m. The belt conveyors are equipped with belt scales to control loading by measuring the allocated weight for each train wagon. Once the preset loading weight is reached, the slide gate valve beneath the hopper closes the discharge opening. After the train moves to the next wagon position, the discharge opening reopens to continue loading.
