For the Shanxi Gengyang Investment Group’s Coke Belt Conveyor System Project, situated in Taiyuan, Shanxi, we undertook a project that involved supplying a conveying system able to handle 6 million tons of coke per year. This endeavor was split into two phases to manage the immense scale effectively. The first phase included the installation of 52 coal conveyor belt systems and 13 coke conveying belt systems, with belt widths ranging from 1200mm to 1600mm and a total length of 8,855 meters.

The second phase saw the addition of 8 coal conveyors and 17 coke conveyor belt systems of similar dimensions, totaling 4,000 meters in length and a handling capacity of 1650t/h. A standout feature of this project was the adaptation to the unique demands of coke transportation. To address these, we used ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rollers for coke conveyance sections and introduced our proprietary self-aligning troughing idler groups for automatic alignment, ensuring efficiency and longevity in the harsh operational environment of coking processes.
